I genuinely enjoy connecting with clients, investing in their well-being and encouraging their goals. I’ve worked extensively with preteens, college students and young adults coping with life changes and managing mental health symptoms.
I received a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University in 2019. I have a diverse background of experience managing mental health crises and of work focused on building resiliency and effective coping strategies. I have a passion for working with caregivers and those struggling with grief and loss.
I’ll collaborate with you on your length of treatment, prioritizing goals and most importantly, support you in sharing openly. My rescue dog, Sawyer, is available (and happy) to join the session upon request for emotional support.
